Cashback at Sankra: rate, cadence and conditions

Our cashback runs through two connected systems: the Coins programme and our VIP loyalty rewards. Every deposit earns Coins at a fixed rate of 5% of the deposited amount, calculated in EUR equivalent, and extra Coins are added for wagering on casino games and sports, for strong finishes in our in-house tournaments, and for completing Weekly Challenges. What it costs to release the cashback

Coins exchanged for a casino bonus in the Store carry a 40x wagering requirement that must be cleared within 10 days, and the amount we can release is capped at 5x the value of the bonus itself — a 10 GBP bonus can release up to 50 GBP, never more. This conversion applies only to our casino section; it cannot be used on live casino, sportsbook or virtual sports.

Earning and claiming cashback step by step

2. Keep playing casino games or placing settled sports bets, since both activities add further Coins to your balance.

4. Open the Store in your profile and exchange Coins for a casino bonus.
5. Clear the 40x wagering requirement within 10 days of activation to unlock the funds, remembering the release is capped at 5x the bonus value.

Coins can also come from strong finishes in our online tournaments, so active players collect cashback credit from several directions at once rather than from a single fixed payout.

Terms that shape your cashback credit

Because cashback funds pass through the same bonus engine as our other promotions, several general rules apply. Only one bonus can be active at a time — bonuses cannot be stacked — and while a Store-converted bonus is active, our system wagers the real money balance first, followed by the bonus balance. The maximum bet allowed with an active casino bonus is 5 GBP per bet or the currency equivalent, and requesting a withdrawal before the wagering is finished voids the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

Wagering contribution also varies by game type: slots count 100% toward the requirement, aside from a short exclusion list, while live casino games other than card games count 10%, and table games, card games, poker, video poker, scratch cards and keno contribute 0%. Jackpot slots, Slingo, bingo and instant or crash games cannot be played with bonus funds at all, so Store-converted cashback clears fastest when it is used on eligible slot titles.
